Mix well. Place one pie crust in each bottom of each of 2 aluminum pie pans. Divide pie filling mixture between the 2 pie pans. Dot the tops with butter pats, then place another crust (with slits) on top, crimping around the edges and discarding overlapped dough. Bake at 350° for 1- 1 ¼ hour. Makes 1 pie for now and one to freeze for emergencies or to give to friends.
