Spray Pam on glass casserole dish. Spread jalapeños on bottom. (Do not lay solid; a few go a long way)

Mix cheddar and Swiss with eggs and pour over peppers.

Sprinkle with Monterey Jack and bake at 300° for 50 minutes. Cool & cut into squares.
