In a large bowl, combine all except shrimp in the order listed. Taste for salt, pepper and hot sauce. Add shrimp; stir. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving. Serve with saltine crackers garnished with more cilantro.

Mix in a small bowl with ½ C sour cream 1 tsp. celery seeds
