Heat oven to 350°.

Using an electric mixer, mix cream cheese and Thousand Island dressing in a medium bowl until well combined and creamy.

Add in corn beef and sauerkraut and 1 C of Swiss cheese.

Spread the mixture into a 9” pie plate or shallow dish.

Sprinkle with remaining ½ C Swiss cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with pumpernickel bread in the traditional way or pair it with veggies or crackers.
