Put the saltines into a 1 gallon glass jar.

In a small bowl, mix oil, dressing mix, garlic salt and cayenne pepper together until smooth.

Drizzle oil mixture over crackers with a large spoon.

Put jar on its side and roll jar over and over for 5 minutes. Crackers will shift and should all be covered.
