Lightly grease slow cooker with cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner for easy clean up.

Place sliced Kielbasa into the slow cooker, distributing the pieces evenly along the bottom.

Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours. When done, stir a bit to be sure all is coated again with the sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm in cooker if possible.
