Cut jalapeños lengthwise and remove stems, seeds and membranes.

Mix cheeses and sausage together and fill jalapeños with the mixture.

Place each stuffed jalapeño half on a foil lined cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated oven at 425° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
