Alternate Sausage Ball Recipe

In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine biscuit mix and seasoning mix and seasoning packet, sausage, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is incorporated into the sausage.

Shape into 1 inch balls.

Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. (Can freeze at this point.)

Bake for 15-20 minutes in 400° preheated oven until golden brown.
