In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add in the Half & Half, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and crumbled bacon. Stir until well combined. Transfer to a small crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours. About 15 minutes before dip is done, cook onion rings according to package directions. Serve cooked onion rings with warm dip.
