Cook, drain and crumble sausage in a 10 inch skillet.

Set aside.

In a large saucepan, prepare gravy according to package directions.

Add sausage to gravy and set aside.

In a large stainless steel bowl, combine and whisk eggs, evaporated milk and salt.

Soft scramble eggs with the butter.

In a stoneware baker, layer ½ of the gravy, ½ of the eggs, the other ½ of the gravy and the other half of the eggs.

Then top with biscuits.

Bake for 20 -25 minutes at 350° until biscuits are golden brown.
