Mix together & pour into9"x13" pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400 degrees until done (about 1 hour.)

Heat the milk on top of the stove until hot (do not boil.) Add the cornmeal and continue cooking for about 3-4 minutes until it thickens.

Remove from the heat and mix in the butter and salt. Let cool for about 15 minutes.

While the cornmeal is cooking, separate the egg yolks and egg whites in separate bowls.

Beat the egg whites, making sure to beat until stiff.

Once the cornmeal is cooled, add egg yolks, mixing with a spoon.

Fold in whites and spoon mix.

Pour into a 1 ½ qt. baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake in a preheated 325° oven for 45 minutes or until brown on top and center is cooked.
