Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9X13" baking dish and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.

Allow the cake to cool completely, about 45 minutes. Top with whipped cream topping, then drizzle with remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle with toffee chips. Serve immediately or cover the cake and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
