Mix together flour, shortening, milk and garlic salt until well blended, then fold in cheeses until mixed.

Pour out onto a floured wax paper and knead until you can roll out to approximately ¾" thickness.

Cut with a glass or biscuit cutter.

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and gently lift biscuits into pan.

Put a very small dot of shortening on top of each biscuit and sprinkle with a small amount of garlic salt and bake at 400° until lightly brown.
