Position rack in center of oven; heat to 350°.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and brown sugar.
Press mixture into bottom and up the sides of a 9" pie plate.
Bake crust until it just begins to turn golden in places, about 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Prepare both pkgs. of pudding according to package directions.
Pour pudding into cooled graham cracker crust.
Chill pie for 30 minutes or more before serving.
Top with whipped cream.
Fold in peaches. Heat oil in fryer or pan to 375°. With a long handled ladle, ladle about ¼ - ½ C batter into hot oil. The batter will sink at first; then rise again. Cook for about 2-3 minutes depending on size of fritter. Remove fritters from oil with long handled tongs. Quickly drain on paper towels or newspaper. The place fritters in bowl of sugar. Coat with sugar or pour glaze over tops of fritters.
