Preheat oven to 325°. Grease a 2 qt. glass casserole dish and set aside. Combine all ingredients and spread into the prepared casserole dish. Bake for 50 minutes or until browned.

Preheat oven to 350°.

Melt the cream cheese in one of 2 ways:

1) Cut the cream cheese into small cubes. Place in a small saucepan with the milk. Set over medium heat and bring it to a simmer (do not boil). Whisk to combine.

Add the cream cheese and milk mixture, shredded cheese, bacon and corn to an 8" or 9" casserole dish. Stir to combine and spread out into an even layer and bake until bubbly and the edges are golden brown, about 40 minutes. Serve warm or @ room temperature.
