1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Cook sausage until done. Crumble as you cook it. Drain well. Mix cheese with sausage. Sprinkle in pie crust. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add the eggs. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 min.

Ok to make the night before and bake the next morning.
