Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Use a mixer to blend eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and blend until smooth.
Add oil and mix well.
Pour batter into a well greased 9"X5" loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Mix icing ingredients with a mixer on low speed.
After loaf cools, remove from pan and pour icing over top.
Allow icing to set up before serving.
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray miniature muffin tins with vegetable oil cooking spray. Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil and blend well with an electric mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour a small amount of batter, filling each muffin tin half way. Bake for 12 minutes. Turn out onto a tea towel.
