Preheat oven to 425°.

Arrange each piece of chicken on a rimmed baking sheet. Divide the mayonnaise mixture evenly among the chicken, just spreading it across the top of each piece.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top of each piece.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked to 165°.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. When the butter has melted, stir in the heavy whipping cream. Bring the sauce to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

As it simmers, the sauce will start to thicken. Stir in salt and pepper, parsley and grated garlic.

Reduce heat to low and stir in parmesan cheese and continue stirring until all of the parmesan cheese has melted. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
