Sauté sausage, pepper and onion. Drain well. Add all other ingredients. Simmer until ready to serve. Serve over cooked pasta of your choice. Top with Parmesan or mozzarella cheese.
Preheat oven to 375°.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the onions and bell peppers until beginning to soften, about 4-5 minutes. Add garlic, salt and pepper and Italian seasoning and cook another minute or two, then pour onto a plate and allow to cool.
Roll pizza dough out into a large rectangle, about 9X13". Line a baking sheet with baking paper and transfer dough to the baking sheet.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese down the middle of the rectangle, then lay the ham slices on top of the cheese, slightly overlapping.
Spread the peppers and onions over the ham, then more mozzarella. Lay salami slices on and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Fold dough over and seal the edges using a fork. Pierce a few slits in the top to allow the steam to escape, but not large enough for filling to drip out.
Bake 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
