Brown ground beef with onion in skillet until fully cooked; drain.

Add mustard, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and place butter side down onto griddle or skillet. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, a scoop of meat mixture and another sprinkle of cheddar.

Place another slice of buttered toast on top, butter side up. Cook over medium heat until browned' flip over and brown on the other side.
