Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner.

Cut meat into thin strips; place in cooker.

Add green pepper, onion, beef stock, garlic salt, pepper and dressing mix.

Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.

Spoon meat mixture into toasted buts; top with cheese.

Place sandwiches on baking sheet under broiler to melt cheese and toast sandwich.

Serve with sautéed mushrooms on top.
