(noodles will continue to soften when casserole cooks)
Mix all thoroughly. If mixture is too thick, add about ¾ C milk.
Add in cooked egg noodles and continue to mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9X13" baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions to al dente doneness, drain and set aside.
In a separate skillet, melt butter and stir in flour to make a rue. Add milk, cooking and stirring until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in tuna, peas, mushroom mixture, and egg noodles. Mix all gently and thoroughly and pour into a medium size greased baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in a large zip loc bag. Combine all in a large mixing bowl. Stir Until well blended. Cover and refrigerate.
