Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, then add heavy cream and cream cheese. Heat until bubbling, but do not boil.

Add in Parmesan cheese and mix until the cheese melts.

Mix the sauce (while hot) into cooked noodles.
