Spread onto a platter and top with pepper jelly. Serve with crackers.

Cut jalapeños lengthwise and remove stems, seeds and membranes. Mix cheeses and sausage together and fill jalapeños with the mixture. Place each stuffed jalapeño half on a foil lined cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 425° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
