Brown beef and onion; drain. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute over low heat. Pour in Rotel and tomato sauce; stir. Stir in ¾ C cheddar cheese and beans; stir until cheese melts. Gently fold in chips. Pour into lightly greased, large casserole dish and top with ½ c. grated Monterrey Jack cheese. Cover tightly. Heat at 375° for 30-40 minutes until cheese has melted and casserole is bubbly.
