Wrap frozen bread dough in Saran wrap. Let thaw. (This will take several hours)

Brown sausage with onions, bell pepper and mushrooms in large skillet. Drain well.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and stir in Parmesan and Monterrey Jack cheese. This will make a paste. Set aside.

On a well greased surface, roll dough into a large long rectangle. Spread the egg and cheese paste down the middle lengthwise third of the bread. Cover with the sausage mixture and top with cheddar cheese. Fold outside third of the bread over the mixture and then the other side over that. Pressing edges together to form a long loaf. Bake at 325° for 20-25 min.
